Processing Center Associate
Location: 4370 Malsbary Rd, Blue Ash, OH 45242
Work Environment: Warehouse / Production

If you thrive on hands-on work and take pride in delivering high-quality products to soccer fans, we want YOU to join us!
What You’ll Do
As a Processing Center Associate, you will support various aspects of our fulfillment operations, including customization, packaging, and distribution of soccer uniforms and gear. You may be assigned to one or more of the following areas:
Team Processing
  • Process customization requests for club, high school, and college soccer uniforms.
  • Pull materials, pack boxes, and prepare items for delivery.
  • Enter order details into the system and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain quality and consistency in all work following Soccer Village standards.
Heat Press Operations
  • Set up and operate heat press machines for custom logos and numbering.
  • Position transfers and inspect items for quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain equipment and a clean, organized work area.
  • Enter order information to complete orders.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve fulfillment deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking, packing, labeling, and customization.
  • Comfortable working with computers and basic data entry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Physical ability to lift boxes and be on your feet for extended periods.
  • Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or production experience is a plus but not required.
  • Heat press or CAD cutting experience is highly desired.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required for full-time position
