Job description

Location: Hybrid Role - Work from home, and coach soccer in Winter Garden, FL (Waterleigh and Hamlin neighborhoods)
Schedule: Part-time, 15-20 hours/week
Compensation: $450/wk base salary + performance incentives
About the Role
We're looking for an outgoing, organized, detail-loving person to help grow our youth soccer programs in the Winter Garden area - someone who's just as comfortable coaching a group of kids as they are chatting with parents, running a fun event, or making our marketing materials look sharp.
This is a hybrid role: part coach, part events and marketing coordinator. You'll be one of the primary people who our families interact with, and you'll help shape how our programs look, feel, and grow in this area - with real potential to take on more locations as we continue to expand.
What You'll Do
Coaching (~6.5 hrs/week)
  • Coach youth soccer classes (ages toddler through 5th grade) in Winter Garden (Hamlin and Waterleigh neighborhoods) on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:30-6:45 PM, and Saturdays, 8:30-10:45 AM
  • Deliver a fun, well-run, safe class experience that reflects well on the program
  • Be a friendly, familiar face parents trust and enjoy talking to

Local Marketing & Community Growth (~10-15 hrs/week)
  • Plan and run local events (open houses, demo days, community pop-ups) to drive enrollment
  • Build relationships with parents, schools, and local partners in the Winter Garden area
  • Own local social media content and promotion - photos, videos, event coverage
  • Help develop and polish enrollment materials, signage, and program presentation so everything looks as good as it runs
  • Track and report on what's working: inquiries, event turnout, enrollment conversions
  • Identify opportunities to grow into new locations as the program expands

Requirements
Who We're Looking For
If you're reading this and thinking "hey, I'd be great at this!" but then you see one or two qualifications that you're not sure about, apply anyway! We take into account all kinds of experience and we know that working with kids is a challenging and rewarding job, so if you simply love kids and sports, we encourage you to apply!
  • Someone naturally at ease in front of people - parents, kids, and crowds alike
  • A genuine "people person" who enjoys being the face of something and making it shine
  • Great organizational and communication skills - juggling events, materials, and follow-ups
  • Comfortable balancing structured coaching time with more independent, self-directed marketing work
  • Must be available Tuesday and Thursday afternoons (4:30-6:45 PM) and Saturday mornings (8:30-10:30 AM) to coach soccer
  • We'd love someone who speaks English plus either Spanish or Portuguese, however we still encourage you to apply even if you only speak English

Benefits
Compensation & Growth
  • Base pay: $450/week for the ~20 hour/week role (coaching + marketing/events/program development)
  • Commission: $20-$60 commission for each new player who enrolls in our programs, plus additional commission for helping us launch new locations!
  • Additional 5-10 coaching hours per week can be added to your schedule depending on your availability!
  • Free programs for your immediate family (siblings, children, grandchildren) and discounts for your friends' kids!
  • We pay for your sports certifications - Soccer Coaching, Refereeing, CPR etc!
  • Opportunity to grow into a full-time, salaried position as our programs expand into additional locations!
