What You'll Do
As Crew Lead, you'll oversee daily grounds maintenance operations while working alongside your team to maintain beautiful, safe, and functional properties. What We're Looking For
We're seeking a skilled professional with:
  • At least five years of grounds maintenance experience
  • Two or more years of supervisory experience
  • A valid Virginia driver's license with an insurable driving record
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
