Our Berkshire, MA/Westfield, MADistribution Centeris seeking a Warehouse Utilityassociateto support our dynamic sales operations team. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including opening and closing, product rotation, organization, and cleanliness.
  • Inspect, verify, and sign load tickets for Independent Operators and Distributors to ensure correct inventory.
  • Receive, store, and organize product, keeping everything in excellent condition and accurately accounted for.
  • Pick and build pallets for outbound shipments, making sure stacks are stable and safe for transport.
  • Manage daily inventory using a hand-held computer and track orders, returns, and stock balances.
  • Unload inbound trailers and verify trailer load accuracy.
  • Cover open delivery routes when needed, driving a step van or box truck to deliver product to customers.
  • Merchandise products in stores, maintaining planograms, rotating stock, and removing outdated items.
  • Assist in training new warehouse team members and supporting month-end inventory counts.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a route sales delivery step van or box truck safely.
  • Must be 21 years or older and ability to obtain a DOT medical card is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (2+ years warehouse experience preferred).
  • Previous ERP system experience (D365 highly preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic math skills for inventory management.
  • Independent decision-making skills, especially during promotions.
  • Forklift and/or hand jack experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and transport light to medium weight products and work on your feet for long periods.
