Fusion Ranch Inc. is a USDA-inspected and BRC-certified food manufacturer specializing in premium artisan-style jerky and snack products. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to support the continued growth of our branded and private label snack food business across retail, wholesale, distribution, and convenience store channels.

This position is ideal for an individual with experience in food sales, protein snacks, CPG products, or retail account development who thrives in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.

Position Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, brokers, and key accounts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within grocery, convenience, club, specialty retail, and foodservice channels
  • Manage customer communications, pricing discussions, product presentations, and sales follow-up
  • Support expansion of branded and private label jerky/snack food programs
  • Coordinate with internal operations, production, and customer service teams to support customer expectations
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs
  • Assist with trade shows, product demonstrations, and promotional initiatives
  • Help support sales forecasting and strategic growth initiatives

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience in food, snack foods, meat/protein snacks, CPG, or related industries preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general business systems
  • Travel may be required depending on territory and customer needs

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with distributors, grocery chains, convenience stores, or club stores
  • Knowledge of jerky, meat snacks, or shelf-stable food categories
  • Existing industry relationships are a plus
