About the Role:

We are hiring for a Senior Product Manager with a focus on strategic and customer-focusedbusiness development & customer relationship management. In this role you will bridge the gap between market needs and product strategy for our Pharma Solutions Team.

You will be responsible foridentifyinggrowth opportunities, translating customer insights into product improvements, and fostering long-term partnerships with key accounts. This role will include focusing on value creation, market development, and strategic relationship management aligned with our product roadmap.

Role Responsibilities:

Market & Business Development (Product-Led)

  • Identifynew market opportunities and customer segments aligned with the product strategy

  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape

  • Develop business cases and growth initiatives in close collaboration with Product Management

  • Support go-to-market strategies and product launches

  • Contribute to pricing, positioning, and value proposition development

  • Identifystrategic partnerships that enhance product adoption and ecosystem growth

Customer Relationship & Strategic Account Management

  • Build andmaintainstrong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders

  • Act as the interface between customers and the product team

  • Deeply understand customer use cases and translate them into product requirements also powered by AI

  • Conduct regular business and performance reviews with strategic accounts
