Job Summary:
Jade Global is seeking a Lead ServiceNow Developer with extensive experience in ServiceNow products. The role involves developing and implementing new ServiceNow applications, personalizing existing applications, and improving business processes through automation.
Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing new ServiceNow applications
• Developing workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications and automate and improve business processes
• Create/ Manage web portals used by internal and external clients, using JavaScript/ BootStrap / Angular
• Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications
• Work directly with end users to resolve issues in ServiceNow
• Participate in problem-solving during ServiceNow development, testing and production
• Develop small standalone SN tools and dashboards to support ITSM and Project Management workflows
• Create and configure workflows based on the business requirements and best practices
• Perform integration between ServiceNow and other customer business systems
• Create/ Manage all SN objects like Tables, Business rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI pages, UI macros, etc.
• Has experience in deploying and validating ServiceNow patches/updates and new versions of the platform
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8-12 years of experience
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow products
• Developing and implementing new ServiceNow applications
• Active contributor in developing workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications and automate and improve business processes
