We are a mother-daughter-owned dental practice that truly cares about our team, our patients, and the future we’re building together.

Our goal isn’t just to run a dental office. We’re building a place where people can grow, take ownership, and create long-term careers, not just show up for a job.

We’re growing, and we’re looking for the right hygienist to grow with us.

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a hygienist who wants more than just a routine schedule.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Build strong relationships with patients through education and trust
  • Play a key role in helping patients understand their treatment
  • Be part of a team that values efficiency, quality, and patient experience
  • Have the opportunity to step into a leadership role as we continue to grow

This is a position where your voice matters and your impact is seen.

Growth Path

We believe in developing people, not just filling positions.

Step 1: Clinical Excellence

You focus on patient care, education, and creating an exceptional experience.

Step 2: Team Influence

You begin helping improve systems, support teammates, and contribute to growth.

Step 3: Leadership Opportunity

You step into a Lead Hygienist or Hygiene Leadership role, helping guide the department and take ownership of results with a significant increase in compensation.

Compensation & Benefits

  • ($50-$65) an Hr. (Negotiable based on experience)
  • Sign-on bonus available - $3,000 paid after 6mo. (Full Time Only)
  • Bonus opportunities tied to performance and growth
  • Leadership pay increases as you advance
  • Benefits package including PTO, CE, and more

Who You Are

This role is a great fit if you:

  • Enjoy connecting with patients and helping them understand their health
  • Want to be part of a team that is growing and improving
  • Are motivated to take on more responsibility over time
  • Are interested in leadership and personal growth
  • Value being part of something meaningful, not just clocking in and out

Requirements

  • Dental Hygiene License
  • Knowledge of Dentrix (preferred)

Our Culture

We believe that strong leadership creates strong teams, and strong teams create great results.

We’re focused on building a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented environment where people feel supported but also challenged to improve.

As we grow, there will be more opportunities, and we want the right person to grow into them.

Why This Role Matters

We are in a phase where the practice is expanding, which means there is a real opportunity here.

The right person won’t just fill a position, they’ll help shape what this hygiene department becomes.

Apply

If you’re looking for a long-term opportunity where you can grow, develop, and potentially step into leadership, we’d love to hear from you!
