Under the direct supervision of the Director of Programming and Documentation, the Program Specialist oversees daily operation of evidence-based practice/best practice programming.  The Program Specialist supports program development and organizational objectives, while ensuring that patient goals for recovery, stabilization, and community re-integration are supported by appropriate services.

Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology field preferred.
  • Experience: Five years of work experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting preferred.
  • Additional Skill Requirements: Must possess knowledge of milieu management, group dynamics, individual and family treatment, biological aspects of psychological illness; demonstrated leadership ability and skills.

Compensation:
