Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking general laborer to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in factory settings and possess a strong mechanical aptitude. This role involves various tasks that support the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality in our operations.
 
Duties
  • * Must be a able to work in non climate control facility
  • * Must be able to lift 40-50lbs
  • * Will be sorting to heat treated parts and putting them in the proper bens  to go into either powder coating or inspection.
  • * Work scheduled : 4 days on 3 days off .. Must be able to work every other weekend including Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
  • * 2nd shift: 11:30pm-11:30am
  • * Clean background
  • * Must wear steel toe boots
  • Pay: $18.00
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with assembly processes and techniques is essential.
  • Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
  • Experience operating forklifts; certification is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
