Join a critical commercial support function driving the adoption and growth of our Robotics portfolio across the U.S. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Pricing, Legal, and third-party financing partners to structure innovative financial solutions that enable customer access to capital equipment and drive profitable growth.
What will you be doing?
  • Lead coordination and development of Robotics pricing proposals that include financing, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication to the field sales organization
  • Analyze financial data and perform margin calculations to support rebate strategies that help customers fund capital purchases and leasing arrangements
  • Partner with third-party finance providers to align leasing structures and clearly communicate financial impacts to internal stakeholders
  • Build and enhance financial models supporting rental pricing, volume-based agreements, and capital program strategies
  • Collaborate with Pricing and Legal teams to structure agreements, including customized terms and conditions
  • Prepare and analyze sales, margin, and account-level reporting to support rebate programs tied to Robotics capital
  • Develop management dashboards to track program performance, financing impact, and revenue contribution
  • Identify and recommend new financial models and process improvements to enhance speed, efficiency, and profitable growth

What will you need to be successful?
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, pricing, capital equipment, or leasing environments
  • Experience supporting a field-based sales organization (preferred)
  • Knowledge of capital leasing structures and financing models (preferred)
  • Understanding of business and contract law fundamentals
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
  • Ability to make independent business decisions with sound judgment and operate effectively in a fast-paced, field-driven environment

Pay Transparency (U.S.)
The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $107,500 - $197,000 USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at the high end of the range.
In addition to base pay, Smith+Nephew offers a competitive bonus program and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, paid leave programs, and wellness initiatives.
