This position is responsible for leading the implementation and adoption of robotic technology within hospitals by developing training programs and providing clinical support to physicians and healthcare teams. The role also ensures operational readiness by managing procedure kits, inventory, and logistics while providing on-site procedural support. Working closely with commercial and clinical teams, this individual will identify growth opportunities, drive technology adoption, and contribute to improved clinical outcomes for patients.

This position is based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and follows a flex work model.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Develop the infrastructure required to support the education and training of healthcare professionals, while promoting knowledge of robotic technology among internal staff as needed
  • Develop and manage the inventory and procedural kit strategy for robotic procedures, driving robot utilization and supporting overall program management
  • Partner with field teams to ensure the highest level of customer service and clinical support for Medtronic customers
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities in collaboration with the Sales and Clinical Support teams

Required Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering with relevant experience in a hospital environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in project management and working in surgical environments.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Availability to provide 24/7 on-call support, as required.
  • Position location: San Juan, Puerto Rico.
    Annual salary range $72,025 USD

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
