Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.• Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned. • Keeps area neat and clean. • Read and use a tape measure • Read blueprints and orders • Communicate well with coworkers • Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools Competencies • Must have a strong work ethic • Must have the ability to work quickly and methodically • Must understand safety procedures • Must have good teamwork skills • Must live the Champion Operating PrinciplesQualifications• Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired.Physical Demands Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
