Job description

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, delivery plans, and project schedules.
  • Own and prioritize feature backlogs, dependencies, and cross-team workstreams.
  • Gather and translate business and technical requirements into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with Engineering, QA, Business Analysts, vendors, and business stakeholders to drive delivery.
  • Track milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, actions, assumptions, and decisions.
  • Identify and resolve blockers, scope changes, and delivery risks.
  • Provide executive-level status reporting, dashboards, and program documentation.
  • Support change management, communications, training, and rollout activities.
  • Ensure alignment between product strategy, business objectives, technical solutions, and migration timelines.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Program Management, or Project Management within large-scale transformation programs.
  • Proven experience managing complex dependencies and cross-functional teams/vendors.
  • Strong Agile delivery, backlog management, prioritization, and requirements management experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical and business requirements into actionable plans.
  • Strong risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with Jira, Rally, Smartsheet, Aha!, and Microsoft Teams or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with document composition, print/digital communications, migration programs, and enterprise technology platforms.
  • Experience with EngageOne, Quadient, or similar document composition platforms is preferred.
