This opportunity is well suited for someone who combines strong technical problem-solving with the ability to learn construction operations quickly and collaborate on-site several days each week.


Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain Smartsheet-based solutions that organize high-volume data and improve visibility across projects and operations.

• Build interactive dashboards and reporting views that deliver timely, actionable business insights for stakeholders.

• Create advanced formulas and logic within Smartsheet to support analysis, workflow accuracy, and decision-making.

• Configure and manage automations, Data Shuttle processes, and DataMesh workflows to streamline data movement and task execution.

• Connect Smartsheet with business platforms such as ERP systems, scheduling applications, Procore, Power BI, and Salesforce where needed.

• Partner with internal teams to understand reporting goals and translate operational needs into effective business intelligence tools.

• Support the development of real-time reporting capabilities that improve tracking, status monitoring, and project performance analysis.

• Contribute on-site in Minneapolis, Minnesota several days per week to work closely with business partners and end users.

• Hands-on experience using Smartsheet in a business intelligence, reporting, or operational support capacity.
• Strong ability to work with large and complex datasets while maintaining accuracy and usability.
• Proven skill in developing complex formulas, automated workflows, and structured reporting solutions.
