We help the community solve their electronic needs. We have solutions-based repairs, products, and services that help us build authentic connections with customers that drive long-lasting relationships. Working in a team based environment to support each other.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices.
  • Provide recommendations for problem resolution.
  • Explain complex technician issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner.
  • Sell Home+ insurance program through Asurion.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers.
  • Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed uBreakiFix quality standards.
  • Greet customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive, fun work environment.
  • Answer phone calls with a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor.
  • Ensure that customers have an enjoyable five-star experience by providing superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Keep track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding all store stock.
  • Utilize the point of sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and a real-time status of each repair.
  • Maintains the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store.
  • Other duties as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (must meet some, not all):
  • Interest in technology and agility at learning new products and features.
  • Ability to deliver great customer experiences in any environment.
  • Invigorated by constant personal interaction.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Strong selling and follow-up skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Attendance/Punctuality/Dependability.

  • Consistently personable and always maintaining a friendly team attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Clean Driving record.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1-2 years experience in a sales environment and the ability to meet sales goals.
  • 1-2 years customer service experience in a retail environment.
  • Associateโ€™s Degree or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Bilingual spoken and written also preferred.
