Most smartphones run on operating systems like Android or iOS and support touchscreens, cameras, and wireless connectivity. They have become essential tools for communication, work, and entertainment in modern life.

Familiarity with diagnostic tools, repair software, and systems such as iOS and Android platforms is essential. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication help technicians stand out in customer service and team environments. These skills ensure accurate diagnostics, efficient repairs, and high customer satisfaction in a rapidly evolving tech industry.
