Job description

We are currently accepting applications for Infotainment Radio Testers. Testers will conduct Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto script testing while riding in the vehicle alongside the driver. Responsibilities include following test scripts, verifying infotainment system functionality, documenting issues, and completing all required testing surveys and reports.

Shift Times

1st Shift

Monday – Friday: 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

2nd Shift

Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Must have a smartphone that can connect to the vehicle.

  • Must be familiar with Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto.

  • Must be able to navigate vehicle infotainment menus and software settings.

  • Must have knowledge of USB and USB-C connections.

  • Must follow test scripts and instructions accurately.

  • Must complete all required surveys and testing documentation.

  • Must accurately identify and report issues encountered during testing, including:

  • Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto connectivity issues

  • Screen blackouts or frozen screens

  • Loss of audio

  • Touchscreen or button malfunctions

  • Phone connection issues

  • Incorrect information displayed on the screen

  • Dropped calls

  • Backup camera concerns

  • HVAC display or control errors

  • Other infotainment or Uconnect system issues

  • Must pay close attention to detail and follow testing procedures exactly as instructed.
