Neware technology LLC is a global leader in battery testing equipment, delivering cutting g-edge, dependable solutions to the energy storage industry. As we continue to grow in the U.S. market , we are looking for a hands-on Engineering Technician to join our technical team.
If you enjoy solving problems, working with electrical and mechanical systems, and traveling on-site for installations and service - this could very well be the right opportunity for you.
What you'll Do

Electrical, Refrigeration & Heating : Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain power supplies , refrigeration units, and heating components in battery testing systems.
Installation & Service: Support new equipment installations both on-site and at clients locations; Travel may be required.
Equipment Repair: Diagnose and repair issues in Neware battery testing equipment to ensure optimal operation.
Soldering & Wiring: Perform soldering and electronic component work.
Welding (optional): Learn copper welding as needed - Training provided.
Troubleshooting: Resolve electrical and mechanical issues across a range of systems.
Team communication: Collaborate with our engineering team, clients and partners.
What we're looking for

  • MInimul Age: 18+
  • Hands-on Experience: Background in electrical systems, HVAC/refrigeration, or heating elements required.
  • Soldering Skills: Required for electronic maintenance
  • Welding Experience: A plus, but not required - on-the -job training available
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and high attention to detail
  • Mandarin proficiency - for communication with team, clients, and partners
  • Field work flexibility: Willingness to travel fro clients visits and on-site work.
  • Comfortable using a laptop and smartphone for a daily work tasks.
