Experience with the U.S. market, global e-commerce platforms, or large-scale international logistics companies is highly preferred.Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable product solutions.Excellent business acumen with strategic planning and product roadmap development capabilities.Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional and cross-cultural teams in a global environment.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different regions and time zones.Self-driven, proactive, customer-focused, and innovative, with a strong sense of ownership.Professional proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with U.S.-based customers and global teams.Willingness and flexibility to support teams across the Americas and collaborate in a cross-time-zone environment.At JINGDONG Logistics, we’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
