Job description

Dietary aides ensure that our residents receive high quality meals on schedule, and maintain a clean and sanitary food production environment.

Read and follow directions to prepare meal production supplies and areas, and prepare ingredients for Cook staff.

Read and follow production sheets, work tray line plating full meals and liquid nutrition.

Wash and sanitize pots and pans, scraping, loading dish machine, or putting away clean dishes; clean and sanitize dish room, walls, counters, and machine along with sweeping and mopping the floor.

Cleaning all floors, coolers, large and small transport carts, drawers, counters, and fans.

Will work together as a team with all other members of the Nutritional Services Department; Is expected to have a high level of personal hygiene.
