Position Overview
Our State Farm agency is seeking a driven and personable Account Representative to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and growing a successful sales career. This role offers a base salary of $30,000 - $35,000 plus commission and performance bonuses, giving top performers the opportunity to earn more.
Working in a small, collaborative office, you will focus on identifying customer needs and recommending insurance solutions that protect families and businesses.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prospect for new customers through calls, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct needs-based conversations with potential customers
  • Provide quotes and close new insurance policies
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Sales experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work in a small team environment
  • Licensing in Property & Casualty preferred (must be able to obtain)

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
