Overview

The Premium Suite Attendant is responsible for serving guests in the suites. The Premium Suite Attendant must be personable and able to work in an ever-changing fast-paced environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $11.00 and is tip eligible.

This position will remain open until March 6, 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Read and understand suite orders provided by the manager.ย 
  • Provide exceptional hospitality to guests in suites, club spaces, and event areas throughout the ballpark.ย 
  • Responsible for assisting with theย setup of food service areas within specific suites and club areas based upon pre-orderย 
  • Ensures all assigned suites are set prior to event based upon communication received of ordersย 
  • Responsible for ensuring suites has all necessary serving wareย 
  • Assistย with breakdown ofย suiteย setups, including disposing of waste and returning equipment.ย 
  • Ensure that work is accurateย and complete.ย ย 
  • Have full knowledge of food and beverage menu items and accompanimentsย 
  • Monitor food quality, temperature, and replenishment levels during events; restock items as needed.ย 
  • Responsible for supervising the service of beverages to guests, including alcoholic beverages.ย 
  • Check the guest's ID to verify the minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcoholic beverages.ย 
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.ย 
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, runners, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.ย 
  • Initiate andย maintain friendly and professional contact with guests, ensuring that all needs areย anticipatedย and met.ย 
  • Work closely with staff and deal often with patrons.ย ย 
  • Handle guest concerns or special requests courteously and escalate issues to management when needed.ย 
  • Multitaskย and work independently during slower times.
  • Help provide a safe and clean work environment for both the front and back of the house.ย 
  • Display a customer-focused, positive, and professional attitude.ย 
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years' experience working in a food & beverage or customer service role.
  • Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff, and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner that focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative work environment.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
  • Possess a valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations.
  • Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly.
  • Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as they relate to POS cash/credit transactions, cash reconciliation, and product inventory.ย 
  • Knowledge of basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction,ย multiplication,ย and division).ย ย 
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objectsย often.ย 
  • Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.ย 
  • You must be punctual with consistent attendance.
