Job description


Summary, Role: Responsible for providing customer service to all route service locations. The technician is responsible for the installation and collection of all company assets to and from all assigned route locations. Technicians are responsible for the safety and security of all company assets to and from various route locations and the company office. Follows all operating procedures, safety regulations and policies and procedures.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Respond to machine and dispenser calls in a timely matter
  • Prioritize calls according to urgency and current location
  • Communicate with dispatchers and other techs to efficiently manage open calls of all types
  • Troubleshoot gaming devices, and make repairs as needed
  • Address money needs in conjunction with management
  • Manage the inventory of the route van to ensure parts are available when repairs are needed
  • Interact with clerks, management, and customers to solve gaming disputes as they arise
  • Complete all necessary documentation for device entry and office logs
  • Keep company vehicle clean and in good condition
  • Perform preventative maintenance on machines
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements (KSA’s)

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean and current DMV printout
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs
  • Must be available to be on call 24 hours a day

Education, certificates:

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to register with NV gaming control.

Physical requirements:

Standing , walking, sitting for long periods at a time, up to 5 hours. Bending, stooping, reaching, lifting up to 40 lbs.
