JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the daily shift operations within the department and shall operate such in accordance with the ordinance adopted by the Winnebago Gaming Commission and the Winnebago Tribal Council.

JOB DUTIES:
  1. Supervise slot floor operation during absence of shift supervisor. ย 
  2. Reset minor malfunctions on slot machines.
  3. Maintains security and accountability of funds entrusted.
  4. Ensures all facilities and equipment are functioning properly within the department.
  5. Greets customers and sees that players are properly hosted.
  6. Verifies Open/Close and Buys for Change Associates and Slot Booth Cashiers.
  7. Authorizes Jackpot/Fill payouts.
  8. Participates in the installation/removal of hopper load funds.
  9. Ensures proper training of slot personnel.
  10. Maintains good customer relations.
  11. Always perform duties in a positive and professional manner.
  12. Adheres to and enforces policies and procedures.
  13. Controls and distributes slot forms when needed.
  14. Assembles reports upon Slot Managerโ€™s request.
  15. Assigns work schedules for associates.
  16. Evaluates performance of slots associates.
  17. Must attend all meetings and/or training as directed by management.
  18. Performs all duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  1. High School diploma or GED required.
  2. Comprehensive computer skills.
  3. Previous money handling experience preferred.
  4. Must have the mathematical skills to be proficient in balancing all banks and departmental documents.
  5. 2 to 4 years in the Slot Department as a Assistant Supervisor.
  6. Must have strong leadership abilities and a solid background in personnel management.
  7. Basic knowledge of slot machine theory and operation required.
  8. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  9. Good organizational and clerical skills required.
  10. Must be able to obtain gaming license.
  11. Bi-cultural experience preferred.
  12. Native American preference.

CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT1.ย  ย  ย  Must have a telephone.
2.ย  ย  ย  Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
3.ย  ย  ย  Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
4.ย  ย  ย  Continuously monitor slot operations.
5.ย  ย  ย  Must be able to interact successfully with associates and guests
6.ย  ย  ย  Must be able to withstand a smoky environment for extended periods of time, with direct exposure to secondhand smoke.
