A sleep scoring job involves monitoring a patient during sleep, running tests, and performing an analysis of the collected data. As a sleep technician, your duties are to schedule applicants at a sleep disorder center, maintain accurate and organized records, assist with polysomnography testing, prepare and clean necessary equipment, and evaluate and score the sleep studies completed in the lab. Other responsibilities include assisting the lab manager and completing additional research-related activities.
