Atlanta Area Primary Care Physician Opportunity Practice Type: 100% Outpatient Primary Care Part of a multi-specialty group including Orthopedics, Cardiology, Neurology, Sleep Medicine, Physical Therapy, and Allergy & Immunology Group Size & Structure: 17 Primary Care Physicians and 4 Nurse Practitioners Support ratio: 1 Medical Assistant per 8 patients, up to 3 MAs per provider Physician-led organization Facilities & Equipment: Main office fully equipped with lab, PT, pharmacy, x-ray, ultrasound, MRI, CT, and full cardiac testing Multiple locations in North Atlanta suburbs Typical Schedule: Clinic hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM (1-hour lunch break from 1-2 PM) Weekend hours: Saturday 10 AM - 4 PM, Sunday 10 AM - 2 PM Physicians work 32 clinical hours (4 days per week), plus one weekend a month Total weekly hours: 35-43 (including weekend and administrative work) Alternative schedules can be arranged depending on need and location Compensation & Benefits: Base salary based on experience Additional productivity-based earnings from the second year Established partners earning over $450,000+ Profit sharing opportunities Health benefits, PTO, CME allowance, Retirement plan Candidate Profile: Seeking hard-working, mission-oriented individuals with excellent management skills Strong interpersonal skills essential No hospital coverage required
