About you
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building TRG's US government business from the ground up. You will define and execute the initial go-to-market strategy for the US public sector, covering federal and state & local (SLED) law-enforcement and intelligence customers. This role requires someone comfortable operating with ambiguity, opening doors, creating pipelines from zero, and shaping how TRG sells in the US.
What you'll work on
  • Build the US public-sector sales motion from scratch, including territory definition, target accounts, and initial pipeline
  • Drive market penetration and first wins across federal and state & local law-enforcement agencies
  • Lead complex, long-cycle public-sector sales processes, from first contact to deal closure
Close new business and onboard early US customers for Intellectus, TRG's intelligence platform
  • Develop and refine US-specific value propositions aligned with investigative, intelligence, and law-enforcement use cases
  • Establish and manage initial partner and agent relationships in the US market
  • Navigate procurement environments typical to the US public sector (direct sales, pilots, evaluations, RFPs, etc.)
  • Work closely with product, pre-sales, and leadership to shape the US go-to-market approach
  • Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers in federal and SLED organizations
  • Lay the foundation for a scalable, repeatable US sales process over time
What we look for:
  • Proven experience selling to US government or law-enforcement customers, at the federal and/or state & local (SLED) level
  • Demonstrated experience in market entry, early-stage sales, or building a territory from zero
  • Background selling intelligence, investigative, analytics, data fusion, OSINT, surveillance, or law-enforcement technology solutions
  • Ability to operate independently and create momentum without an existing pipeline or brand presence
  • Experience handling complex, multi-stakeholder public-sector deals
  • Familiarity with US public-sector procurement and buying dynamics
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and executive-level presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and high ownership
  • Team player with a strong can-do attitude
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Your perks:

  • Onboarding plan and training so that you have a smooth induction and feel confident and ready to take over your new role.
  • Equipment support so you have all the tools to do effectively and efficiently your work.
  • No dress code because we want you to be as comfortable as possible.
  • Gifts and rewards for celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, and personal milestones.
