What are SLED Law Enforcement officers?

SLED Law Enforcement officers are agents who work for the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED), a statewide law enforcement agency. SLED agents often handle major crimes, narcotics investigations, counterterrorism, and background checks. They play a vital role in ensuring public safety across South Carolina.

SLED Law Enforcement officers often encounter complex investigations that may involve sensitive or high-profile cases, requiring discretion, advanced investigative skills, and collaboration with local, state, and federal agencies. • Develop and refine US-specific value propositions aligned with investigative, intelligence, and law-enforcement use cases
  • Establish and manage initial partner and agent relationships in the US market
  • Navigate procurement environments typical to the US public sector (direct sales, pilots, evaluations, RFPs, etc.)
  • Work closely with product, pre-sales, and leadership to shape the US go-to-market approach
  • Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers in federal and SLED organizations
  • Lay the foundation for a scalable, repeatable US sales process over time
What we look for:
  • Proven experience selling to US government or law-enforcement customers, at the federal and/or state & local (SLED) level
  • Demonstrated experience in market entry, early-stage sales, or building a territory from zero
  • Background selling intelligence, investigative, analytics, data fusion, OSINT, surveillance, or law-enforcement technology solutions
  • Ability to operate independently and create momentum without an existing pipeline or brand presence
  • Experience handling complex, multi-stakeholder public-sector deals
  • Familiarity with US public-sector procurement and buying dynamics
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and executive-level presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and high ownership
  • Team player with a strong can-do attitude
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
