We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented professional to manage key client accounts, improve online reputations, and oversee various online presence campaigns. Responsibilities:
Online Reputation Management:
  • Manage and enhance clients’ online reputations across platforms such as Google, social media, and review sites.
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews, remove negative/false content, and implement strategies to improve overall star ratings.
  • Address and mitigate unwanted online content, such as news articles, court records, and YouTube videos, adhering to platform-specific guidelines.
  • Stay updated on changes to review platforms and search engine algorithms to develop innovative tactics that support client goals.

Campaign Oversight:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies, including building websites, creating and managing content, and overseeing social media accounts.
  • Research and pitch content opportunities aligned with clients’ brand and campaign objectives.
  • Edit and proofread content for accuracy, brand alignment, and SEO optimization.
  • Oversee project workflows, including managing content pipelines and budgets.

Client Communication:
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates via email or virtual meetings.
