• Conduct virtual initial assessments using specialized teletherapy software to evaluate client needs and develop tailored care plans.

Your role as a Remote Mental Health Counselor will involve working with a diverse clientele, each seeking help for a variety of emotional challenges and mental health conditions. You will play a pivotal role in providing support to individuals from different backgrounds, helping them navigate difficult times and achieve personal growth, healing, and mental resilience.

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active licensure (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) sufficient for providing mental health services within the state of California.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to effectively engage with clients through virtual platforms like Zoom or Skype.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience working with individuals facing emotional difficulties, enhancing your ability to connect with and understand clients' needs.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technologies and digital documentation tools that support the delivery of teletherapy services.
