This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from any location with a reliable internet connection. As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will utilize virtual platforms like Zoom or Skype to conduct sessions, making it essential to possess strong communication skills and a proficiency in engaging with clients through digital means.   • Address sub-clinical issues such as work-related stress, procrastination, and work-life balance.
  • Assist clients in developing achievable personal or career-oriented goals, fostering their path toward self-mastery and fulfillment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

By providing tailored support through remote sessions, you will help clients foster resilience and develop coping strategies that lead to a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • An active license in your respective state or jurisdiction (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT).
  • A minimum of two years of experience working with individuals dealing with emotional challenges in a clinical or counseling environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a talent for quickly establishing rapport and trust with clients remotely.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus, though not mandatory.
  • Previous exposure to telehealth practices and familiarity with virtual counseling platforms like Zoom or Skype.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, based on your experience and the number of hours worked.
