As a fully remote position, our Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work from home, connecting with clients through secure digital platforms. Utilizing tools such as Zoom or Skype, you will provide therapy sessions tailored to each client. • Conduct 30-minute telehealth counseling sessions, providing personalized support to clients facing various mental health challenges.
• Assist clients in addressing sub-clinical issues such as work-related stress, procrastination, and achieving work-life balance.
• Guide clients in identifying and setting personal and career goals, nurturing their aspirations and relationships.
• Collaborate with our internal clinical team to enhance service delivery and suggest improvements for our telehealth platform. This includes feedback on session outcomes and client engagement strategies.

Our target population includes individuals grappling with everyday stressors, personal relationships, and life transitions. • A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and active licensure in the relevant state as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• A minimum of two years of experience working in mental health counseling, particularly with individual clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport quickly with diverse client backgrounds.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems to streamline documentation and improve client management.
• Proficient in utilizing virtual communication tools (Zoom, Skype) to engage clients effectively.
• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is advantageous but not a strict requirement.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and the number of hours worked. In addition to a robust compensation package, we provide:
