Job Overview

Hitachi Digital is seeking a polished, proactive Executive Assistant III to support senior C-level executives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple time zones while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic calendar management across multiple time zones and shifting priorities

  • Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual meetings, including room booking, catering, and technical setup

  • Manage complex, end-to-end travel arrangements

  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, presentations, and materials

  • Manage special assignments, setting objectives, timelines, and collaborating cross-functionally

  • Organize off-site meetings and departmental events

  • Serve as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders

  • Perform broad administrative tasks with discretion and accuracy

  • Support additional duties and special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
