SAP PP Consultant โ€“ C2H (Contract-to-Hire) Location: Houston, TX (Onsite/Hybrid) Duration: 6โ€“12 months (Contract-to-Hire) Visa: Open (as per client requirements) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP PP (Production Planning) Consultant to join a project team supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP PP configuration, integration with other SAP modules, and experience in production environments. This is a contract-to-hire role based in Houston, TX.

Key Responsibilities Configure and support SAP PP module (Production Planning & Control) Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions Handle master data setup (BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Versions) Manage MRP (Material Requirements Planning) processes and production orders Support production execution, scheduling, and capacity planning Integrate SAP PP with other modules such as:SAP MM (Materials Management) SAP WM/EWM (Warehouse) SAP QM (Quality Management) Troubleshoot issues, provide root cause analysis, and implement solutions Participate in testing (unit, integration, UAT) and deployment activities Provide user training and post-go-live support Work in Agile / ASAP project methodology environments Required Skills & Qualifications 6+ years of experience in SAP PP configuration and support Strong understanding of:MRP, BOM, Routing, Work Centers Production Orders & Process Orders Capacity Planning Experience in integration with MM, SD, QM modules Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA Good understanding of manufacturing processes (discrete/process industry) Strong problem-solving and communication skills
