About the Role

We're looking for a Hospice Marketer who knows how to build strong relationships and turn them into consistent referrals.

This is a field-based role focused on growing census through strategic outreach and partnership development. You'll be responsible for developing your territory, maintaining referral relationships, and ensuring patients who need hospice services are connected quickly and appropriately.

If you've worked in hospice and understand how to drive referrals, not just visit accounts, this role will fit you well.


What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, SNFs, physicians, case managers, and community partners
  • Develop and manage a consistent referral pipeline to support census growth
  • Conduct regular in-person outreach, follow-ups, and account management
  • Educate referral sources on hospice eligibility, services, and benefits
  • Collaborate with clinical and intake teams to ensure timely and smooth admissions
  • Track activity, referral trends, and territory performance
  • Identify new opportunities for growth within your assigned territory
  • Ensure all marketing practices remain fully compliant with hospice regulations

  • Experience in hospice marketing, healthcare sales, or business development
  • Strong understanding of hospice criteria and referral process
  • Established relationships in the local healthcare market preferred
  • Proven ability to generate referrals and grow census
