    Compensation

    • $55,000–$65,000 based on experience
    • PaidTime Off (PTO)

    What You’ll Do

    • Lead daily restaurant operations
    • Hire, train, and develop a strong team
    • Manage labor, food cost, scheduling, and inventory
    • Deliver excellent guest service and maintain high standards
    • Build accountability and a positive team culture
    • Drive sales and local community marketing and engagement

    What We’re Looking For

    • 2+ years of restaurant management experience required
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Experience managing labor and food cost
    • Ability to hold team members accountable professionally
    • Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
    • Open availability including weekends and some evenings
    • Able to work on your feet for up to 13 hours at a time
    • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
    • Ability to work in walk-in refrigerator and freezer environments ranging from 40°F to -10°F
