Information Technology - Software Engineer | Fort Worth, Texas, United States Information Technology - Software Engineer (Software Integration Tech Lead) Location: Fort Worth, TX, 76108, United States About the Role Join a pioneering Software Integration Team supporting F-35 and ADP Skunkworks Mission Systems. As a Software Integration Tech Lead, you will drive the technology development lifecycle, influence architectural direction, and lead a high-performing team delivering mission-critical software solutions in aerospace and defense. Work with advanced aircraft flight software, simulated mission systems, and integrated lab environments. Take your career to the next level in a collaborative, innovation-driven setting with direct impact on national security programs. Responsibilities - Lead and mentor a team of integration engineers, fostering technical excellence and growth. - Set architectural direction, define system/software design, and champion best practices. - Integrate, develop, and debug software across flight, simulation, and lab environments. - Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines, ensuring robust, automated build and delivery processes. - Architect and scale virtual development labs and software integration infrastructure. - Design and implement automation tools leveraging open-source, commercial, and proprietary frameworks. - Coordinate with mission-system experts, simulation teams, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with project goals. - Uphold mission-critical performance and safety standards in all integration activities.
