Please note that this part-time position is being offered on a temporary basis for 90 days to support the launch and growth of this service. Team members who demonstrate strong performance, alignment with our guest experience standards, and business needs may have the opportunity to extend beyond the initial pilot period.

At The NOW, we believe self-care is essential. We are seeking passionate, service-driven Estheticians to join our team and deliver elevated face massage experiences designed to help guests relax, restore, and reconnect within.
Our Sculpting + Lymphatic Specialists combine intentional touch, sculpting techniques, and thoughtful guest care to create an experience that is both results-driven and deeply restorative.

Schedule amp; Availability
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Availability for at least one PM shift and one weekend shift required (Friday PM qualifies as a weekend shift)
Key Responsibilities
  • Share the healing power of touch through intentional face massage techniques designed to relax, sculpt, and restore
  • This position may involve additional duties as necessary to maintain operational efficiency and security.
  • Provide customized face massage services focused on:
    • Relaxation and stress relief
    • Lymphatic drainage
    • Facial sculpting and muscle release
    • Circulation and overall skin vitality
  • Create personalized guest experiences through thoughtful consultation and service customization
  • Close physical contact with guests through massage services
  • Educate guests on the benefits of regular face massage as part of their self-care ritual
  • Ensuring the physical safety and comfort of guests and team members
  • Recommend enhancements, products, and ongoing wellness rituals to support guest goals
  • Maintain treatment rooms and service areas to The NOW standards (all supplies provided)
  • Support a seamless guest experience from arrival through post-service recommendations
  • Collaborate with team members to create a warm, elevated, and welcoming environment
Qualifications
  • Active Esthetician license in California
  • Experience or strong interest in facial massage techniques including:
    • Manual lymphatic drainage
    • Facial sculpting
    • Gua Sha
    • Muscle release techniques
  • Strong foundation in skin awareness and guest consultation
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills
  • Passion for wellness, self-care, and holistic healing practices
  • Desire to be part of a team with an infectious passion for health and wellness
Compensation:
  • $22.00-25.00/hour + tips
