Our RN Injectors play a key role in delivering exceptional aesthetic results through both
injectable and non-injectable treatments while providing an elevated, relationship-driven
client experience. This blended role allows you to build a thriving aesthetics program that
creates long-term client transformation.
Role Overview
The RN Injector - Aesthetics is responsible for performing all injectable procedures, all
non-injectable skin-health services, and IV/IM therapy. This role requires a strong aesthetic
eye, comfort with facial anatomy, a passion for skin health, and a commitment to
continuous learning. You will guide clients through full-face aesthetic planning, facial
balancing, and comprehensive treatment pathways that combine injectables, HydraFacial,
chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and wellness services.
This is the ideal position for an RN who loves aesthetics and wants to help build a
high-performance aesthetic division within the center.
Key Responsibilities
1) Injectable Aesthetics & Facial Balancing
  • Administer neuromodulators (e.g., Botox), dermal fillers, and perform full-face
  • balancing techniques with precision and artistry.
  • Assess facial structure, symmetry, profile, and age-related changes to create
  • comprehensive aesthetic plans.
  • Guide clients through step-by-step aesthetic journeys, including mid-face support,
  • contouring, and long-term maintenance strategies.
  • Communicate treatment benefits, timelines, and realistic expectations clearly and
  • professionally.
  • Maintain exceptional safety, documentation, and injection-technique standards.

2) Skin-Health & Non-Injectable Aesthetic Services
Perform all advanced skin-health services, including:
  • HydraFacial
  • Chemical peels
  • Microneedling
  • Custom facial treatments
  • Skin assessments and ongoing treatment planning
  • Post-care and long-term skin-health coaching
  • Provide personalized treatment strategies aligned with client goals, memberships, and
  • aesthetic roadmaps.

3) Up-Serving & Cross-Serving Into Complete Aesthetic Pathways
  • Seamlessly transition skin-health clients into injectable plans and injectable clients

6) Membership, Retail, and Service Education
  • Educate clients on memberships, packages, and treatment bundles.
  • Recommend medical-grade skincare and supplements that enhance treatment

7) Safety, Compliance, and Quality Standards
  • Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and aesthetic safety protocols.
  • Ensure sanitization, sterilization, and treatment-room readiness at all times.

  • Centers.

8) Team Collaboration & Professional Development
  • Actively participate in daily huddles, team communication, and shared

  • Collaborate with the Medical Practitioner, Health Coaches, and GM to deliver
  • holistic client care.
  • Engage in continuous learning, including new injectables, advanced techniques,
  • and evolving aesthetics trends.

  • Active RN license in good standing.

Compensation: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
