Sarela Technology Solutions offers SkillBridge program opportunities for Active Duty Service Members seeking to apply their military experience to roles in information technology, cybersecurity, and business operations. Visit DoW Skillbridge for eligibility requirements.
Participants will engage in structured OJT programs designed to build upon prior military experience in technical, operational, or administrative fields. Training is delivered through mentorship, guided exercises, simulated environments, and internal projects that reflect real-world enterprise practices.
Available training tracks include:
  •  IT Engineering, Architecture & Artificial Intelligence Program
  •  Cybersecurity Operations & Compliance Program
  •  Business Operations, Program Management & Human Resources Program
Participants will be aligned to a training track based on their background, experience, and career interests.
This program is designed to prepare participants for roles supporting enterprise IT, cybersecurity operations, and organizational management functions. Participants do not perform work on active government contracts and instead focus on professional development and skill enhancement.
