Job description

SkillBridge General Interest – Military Transition Opportunities

Curran Development Group is proud to partner with companies that believe in building strong teams, creating meaningful career pathways, and supporting those who have served.

We understand that military experience does not fit neatly into one box. Your discipline, leadership, adaptability, work ethic, and hands-on experience may translate into more opportunities than you realize. As part of our commitment to workforce development and community impact, we help employers connect with transitioning service members through the SkillBridge program by providing structured training, hands-on experience, and a clear pathway into meaningful civilian careers.

Our opportunities are always evolving and may range from entry-level roles to leadership-track positions across a variety of industries, including skilled trades, construction, field operations, facilities and maintenance, transportation and logistics, business operations, retail leadership, and professional services.

Current Opportunity Areas

Current and future SkillBridge opportunities may be available in and around Rochester, Victor, Parma, Castile, the Finger Lakes, Western New York, the Southern Tier, Pennsylvania border communities, and other employer locations across New York and Pennsylvania.

Actual opportunity locations may vary based on employer participation, candidate location, SkillBridge timeline, and role availability.

Next Steps

If you do not see a current opening that matches your skills, interests, location, or SkillBridge timeline, we still want to hear from you. Please submit your contact information and resume, if available. If you do not have a resume yet, that is completely okay — just share a brief overview of the type of civilian career path you are interested in exploring.

Once we receive your information, we will review your background and connect with you to learn more about your goals, timeline, preferred location, and potential fit for current or future SkillBridge opportunities.

We look forward to learning more about you and helping you explore what may be possible after military service.
