About Us
Tournesol Siteworks is a national manufacturer of landscape products for green buildings based in the San Francisco Bay Area. We're a growing company, with manufacturing facilities in California, Washington and Texas, working on environmentally-conscious commercial construction projects across the U.S and Canada. We are looking for a real team player.
About the Team
The Production team is currently seeking an individual with general working experience for our Port Orchard, WA manufacturing facility. The Fabrication team works together with other departments to create, build, assemble and ship products for the commercial construction industry.
About the Role
As a Production Worker, you will work under the direction of the Production Leads and directly with the Production Manager processing steel and wood using saws, rolling equipment, drills, punches, grinders and other processing equipment. Operator will also be involved in processing materials for custom products from drawings/blueprints. You'll be based in our Port Orchard, WA manufacturing facility. You'll have a direct hand in accomplishing our #1 goal - a successful project in every way.
What You Will Do
โ€ข Read and interpret production schedules and orders
โ€ข Inspect the quality of the material before, during and after the various processes to ensure quality standards are met
โ€ข Complete required paperwork for inventory purposes
โ€ข Report defective material and faulty equipment to Production Manager immediately
โ€ข Maintain a clean work environment and abide by all plant safety regulations and work rules
What You Will Need
โ€ข Ability to lift more than 50lbs, jib cranes are available in most workstations
โ€ข Able to read measuring tape.
โ€ข You should have strong attention to detail
โ€ข Reliable transportation, regular attendance and punctuality are critical

Physical Demands
Candidate must have the ability to stand or walk for extended periods, lift and carry objects (up to 50lbs), and perform repetitive tasks. Other physical demands may include reaching, bending, stooping, and working in various environmental conditions like temperature variations, dust, or noise levels.
