Regional Horticulture Operations Manager Overview

What Youโ€™ll Do:

As Regional Operations Manager, youโ€™ll partner closely with the General Manager to:

  • Lead multi-site operationsโ€“ ensuring each location meets company standards and delivers an exceptional customer experience
  • Drive business resultsโ€“ maximize market share, sales, and profit margins while keeping expenses in check
  • Inspire and develop peopleโ€“ recruit, train, coach, and support site managers and staff
  • Champion compliance & safetyโ€“ OSHA, DOT, and environmental standards are always on your radar
  • Oversee projects & capital investmentsโ€“ from equipment to land improvements, youโ€™ll help move big ideas forward
  • Deliver top-tier customer serviceโ€“ resolve major issues, maintain quality control, and keep us competitive in the market

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, compliance, safety, or multi-site management
  • Strong leadership and people management skills โ€“ from hiring to conflict resolution
  • Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and FMCSA regulations
  • Proven success in sales and operations management (horticulture experience a plus!)
  • Ability to travel regularly across sites
  • Willingness to relocate to the Windsor Locks, CT area (relocation assistance available!)
