Job Summary:
As a Zone Production Manager, you will maintain complete accountability and responsibility ensuring that all plants are operated safely, reliably and efficiently while achieving the key performance indicators and annual plan objectives agreed upon with the head of on-site operations.

Principal Responsibilities:
  • Display leadership and assist with employee development
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards, including process engineering and safety both locally and globally
  • Effectively manage site technical documentation related to Environmental permits, quality and safety requirements
  • Assure availability and reliability of plants to meet contractual commitments to on-site customers
  • Assure proper information data availability for Global Historian and Enterprise Asset Management
  • Drive continuous on-site improvement

Required Skills:
  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and execution skills.
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control systems.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree; Engineering discipline preferred.
  • A minimum of eight years' experience with at least five years' in process plant operations.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience preferably in industrial, chemicals, or the engineering industry.
