Your journey with Team Muller begins today! We are growing our clientele and currently have a full-time, long-term opportunity for a Superintendent, Site Work in our headquarters in Reston, Virginia. In this role you will utilize your experience in managing projects, multiple crews and supervise the day to day activities, while being an effective communicator to clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle managing multiple crews and sites throughout the DC Metro (DC/VA/MD)
  • Able to read civil plans, proposals, change orders and scope related documents.
  • Excellent communication skills including communicating with clients.
  • An individual who demonstrates the willingness to seek assistance when necessary, refraining from attempting tasks beyond their expertise.
  • Ability to interpret cut sheets and proficiently operate a transit for grade shooting.

Required Qualifications:
  • Operating skills (excavator, skid steer and bulldozer)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to access secured sites
  • OSHA 30
  • Knowledge of site work/utility work
  • Understands county codes for our work regions
  • Safety knowledge.
  • Client Facing Experience/Professionalism: ability to converse with the clients and office team

Physical Requirements:
