The Kitchen Manager leads the backofhouse operations at our lively, highvibe brunch destination, ensuring every plate, prep station, and team member is set up for success. This role oversees team members, daily kitchen flow, maintains high culinary standards, and keeps the energy strong during our busiest brunch rushes. Responsibilities include supervising and developing the kitchen team, managing inventory and ordering, upholding food safety and sanitation practices, and driving consistency in both prep and execution. The ideal candidate is a handson leader who thrives in a fastpaced, upbeat environment and brings a balance of organization, creativity, and calm under pressure to keep the kitchen running smoothly and the guest experience exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and uphold all kitchen systems, recipes, and standards established during opening, ensuring the brunch experience stays dialedin and consistent
  • Deliver unwavering consistency in food quality, prep execution, and plate presentation across every service
  • Oversee all backofhouse operations daily, including prep flow, line performance, and smooth, efficient closing routines
  • Lead, coach, and hold accountable the entire kitchen teamline cooks, prep cooks, and dish crewwhile fostering a positive, highperformance culture
  • Champion kitchen organization, cleanliness, and sanitation, maintaining full compliance with health and safety regulations

  • Maintain strong, proactive communication with the General Manager regarding staffing, performance, and operational needs
