At Brunch & Sip, the line is where the energy hits first-flavors sizzling, tickets flying, music pumping, and a brunch crowd that shows up hungry and ready for a good time. We're looking for a skilled, fast-moving Line Cook who can keep pace with the rush and bring bold, consistent execution to every plate. This role is all about owning your station, staying sharp under pressure, and helping drive the high-energy rhythm that makes our brunch service feel like a celebration. Position: Line Cook
Location: In person required: 11801 Ventura Blvd, Studio City, CA 91604
Shift: Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Holidays and Weekends (Mandatory)
Starting Salary Range: $19.00 - $24.00 depending on experience
Expected Hours: 25 - 40 per week (Based on business needs)
Supervisory: No direct reports. Reports to Managers
and Leads

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute brunch dishes with consistency, speed, and attention to detail
  • Maintain a clean, organized station and follow all food safety standards
  • Prep and maintain recipe standards, ingredients, stock your line, and stay ahead of the rush
  • Communicate clearly and jump in wherever needed during busy moments
  • Bring pride and positive energy to every shift
  • Kick off and wrap up each shift like a pro-handle side work with hustle, heart, and attention to detail!
  • Uphold safety and sanitation standards with pride

What We're Looking For:
  • 1+ years of serving experience in a high-volume, high-energy restaurant or formal training
  • Strong knife skills and solid understanding of kitchen operations
  • POS system savvy and able to follow order flow
  • Ready to thrive in a fast-paced, loud, and lively environment-standing strong through every shift
  • Ability to stay focused and calm when the tickets start flying
  • A team player wit a great attitude and strong work ethic
  • Someone who loves good food, good music, and a lively environment
  • Able to safely lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds (think kegs, cases, and brunch setups!)
  • Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays-because brunch never sleeps!
  • Must have a current Food Handler's Certification to keep things safe and smooth
