Position Title: Sr Case Manager, Insurance Industry
Reports to: Operations Manager
Summary: The objective of this role is to ensure the application process is as smooth and efficient as possible for our agents from start to finish. As a Sr Case Manager, you will execute professionalism while providing top notch customer service and use your industry knowledge to find and create efficiencies. Primary Responsibilities:
ยท Ensure all requirements are met on new applications before submitting to the insurance carrier
ยท Work with relevant vendors for necessary follow up
ยท Review and follow up with agents and carriers on all requirements
ยท Process all insurance cases within Salesforce
ยท Provide professional correspondence via email and phone
ยท Work efficiently to meet all service level agreements
ยท Understand carrier workflows and carrier specific nuances
ยท Work closely with team members to meet common goals and assist when able
Qualifications / Requirements:
ยท Minimum of a High school diploma / GED
ยท 3 years or more experience in a similar role
ยท Strong computer skills; able to type 60+ word per minute
ยท Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
ยท Experience with G Suite and Salesforce preferred, not required

Compensation:
ยท Compensation based on experience
Base: $44,000-$48,000 annually
Annual Performance Bonus Target: up to 10%

Hours: 8:00 am-5:00 pm Monday-Friday
