Intercare Health Services is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This position is entirely remote, enabling you to conduct virtual therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home. We utilize industry-standard tools such as the Simple Practice platform to ensure secure communication and effective management of client records. • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and goals.
• Create tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and the preferences of clients.
• Facilitate therapy sessions utilizing video conferencing, ensuring a compassionate and supportive environment.
• Document progress and treatment outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize client success.
• Maintain open and secure communication with clients through our Simple Practice platform, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.
• Participate in supervision and support groups for ongoing professional development and case consultation.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population that includes children, teens, adults, and couples dealing with a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will play a crucial role in guiding these individuals on their journey toward healing and self-discovery, making adjustments to treatment based on their evolving needs and feedback.

• A valid license in mental health counseling (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is mandatory. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated skills in treatment planning and mental health counseling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, critical for effective virtual sessions.
• Comfort with technology and conducting therapy sessions via video conferencing tools.

• A minimum of two years of experience in psychotherapy, particularly with teens, adults, and couples.
• Previous experience in telehealth or remote therapy settings is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of current best practices in mental health care and treatment methodologies.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary, full-time employees enjoy an array of benefits, including:
