Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clientsโ€™ mental health needs and goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse population that includes children, teens, adults, and couples dealing with a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will play a crucial role in guiding these individuals on their journey toward healing and self-discovery, making adjustments to treatment based on their evolving needs and feedback.

Qualifications
  • A valid license in mental health counseling (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) is required.
  • A Bachelorโ€™s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is mandatory. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated skills in treatment planning and mental health counseling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, critical for effective virtual sessions.

Compensation and Benefits
