Job description

You will be the Industrial Engineer Staff for the Air Dominance Program team. Our team is responsible for driving production efficiency, capacity planning, and cost optimization across multiple sites.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Industrial Engineer Staff you will be responsible for supporting the Air Dominance Program by delivering datadriven analyses and leading improvement initiatives.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Collaborate with Industrial Engineers and crossfunctional partners to meet program goals and milestones.

  • Conduct capacity analysis using Simio modeling to recommend equipment, tooling, and layout optimizations.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and develop costtrade analyses.

  • Analyze leadtime drivers and propose actionable recommendations.

  • Facilitate Structure Improvement Activities (SIA) and perform manufacturing readiness assessments.
