Job description

The core function of Director, Account Management, is to manage a roster of clients and provide them with a successful SimioCloud experience whilst maximizing SimioCloud revenue. A successful experience is one in which the client achieves, or improves upon, their marketing goals and objectives through their engagement with SimioCloud's products, services, and associates.

This full-time, salaried position is a US-based remote role.

Your Impact:

  • To grow revenue via the upsell of additional Simio products/services.
  • To offer clients solutions to their fundraising challenges via the strategic use of Simio products and services (and other Moore services where appropriate).
  • To maintain continual dialog with clients, or their representatives, to understand SimioCloud performance, the performance of its competitors, and the overall performance of the clients' programs.
  • To fully understand SimioCloud's products, solutions, and capabilities.
  • To ensure timely invoicing of receivables.
  • To ensure that co-op participant data is updated.
  • To ensure that client deliverables/deadlines are met.
  • To foster relationships with internal agency partners/stakeholders and external clients.
  • To promote the 'Simio brand' to internal and external clients.
  • To facilitate 'reactivation' of lapsed early adopters of Simio.
  • To assist the Business Development team in acquisition of new members where appropriate.
  • To maintain a general understanding of the products, solutions, and performance of SimioCloud's competitors.
  • To master all of elements of the processes for all Simio-related tasks (i.e.: attribution reporting, digital audience placement, accurate accounting, utilization of Salesforce & other systems, etc.).
  • To represent SimioCloud at industry functions (conferences, etc.).
  • To attend client meetings in person, where appropriate.
  • To perform other duties as required.
